CTUIT is a web-based system that provides robust tools and reporting to help restaurant operators manage their business.

Four Core Functions

Integration: Imports data from POS and vendor purchasing systems and exports to accounting and payroll systems. Frequency of POS data import varies with POS systems, with some able to poll data every 15 minutes during the current day.

Business Intelligence: Powerful dashboards, reports, and exports on key aspects of the business that are accessible from a web browser or using the On The Fly APP.

Communication: Access information from multiple locations, concepts, and POS systems under one umbrella.

Controls: Inventory and labor scheduling tools to proactively manage costs, set operating goals, and motivate managers.

 

 

Ctuit History

  • Founded in 2000 (about the same time as Bullseye)
  • Based in Novato, CA with IT offices in Houston, TX
  • Merged with Compeat in 2017
  • Compeat also started in 2000 in New Orleans and is now based in Austin, TX
  • Integrations with over 30 POS systems and over 100 vendors for EDI invoices
  • Compeat offers full accounting and payroll systems with some inventory and recipe functions similar to Ctuit
  • Compeat and Ctuit operate as separate platforms with plan to offer combined options in 2019
